Earth Friendly, Community Focused
We are sensitive to our environment. We’re conscientious of the products we use and the processes we employ. It goes without saying; we want to work in a way that reduces our impact on the environment.
Our preferred partners support the Forest Stewardship Council and Sustainable Forestry Initiative. Working with Focus on Energy we recently completed the installation of new, energy efficient lighting. We use only low VOC substances in our print department and our printing plates are 100% chemistry free. In addition our company recycles; aluminum cans, corrugated, fountain solution, ink, light bulbs, paper, plastic, printing plates, solvent, toner cartridges and wood pallets.
“The supreme reality of our time is . . . the vulnerability of our planet”– Pres. John F. Kennedy
We continue to make positive changes and support the environment as much as possible-WE CARE!
We are caring, active members committed to strengthening our home community of Edgerton, its surrounding communities and numerous charitable or non-profit organizations. We contribute through a variety of ways, including the donating of time, talent, in-kind expertise or services, corporate contributions, donations and volunteerism.
Each fall AM Solutions employees participate in a company-wide food drive. In the last several years just over 6,500 pounds of food has been donated to Edgerton Community Outreach Food Pantry.
We’ve contributed support in a variety of ways to the following organizations; American Heart Association, The Beacon – Homeless Day Resource Center, Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Chilimania-WI State Championship Cook-off, COPS for Kids, Cottage Grove Chamber of Commerce/Monona Grove Scholarship Fund, Dane Buy Local/Madison Reading Project, Edgerton Book & Film Fest, Edgerton Chamber of Commerce, Edgerton Community Outreach, Edgerton Fire Department, Edgerton High School, Edgerton Hospital Capital Foundation, Friends of the Arboretum, Forward Janesville, Greater Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, Hunger Task Force, Madison Catholic Charities, Madison Postal Customer Council, McFarland Soccer Association, Milton Fire Department, Milwaukee Catholic Charities, Milwaukee Postal Customer Council, Monona Eastside Business Alliance, Monona Grove Football Booster Club, PRADO-Public Radio Association of Development Officers Scholarship Fund, Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin, and World Orphan Fund.
