Customers and prospects alike often will ask me which is better . . . direct mail or email? What are the advantages or benefits of each? AM Solutions offers both and while I would strongly encourage the use of an integrated, multi-touch campaign, if I had to choose only one-I would choose direct mail, but why? Direct mail is obviously more costly than email, however when calculating the cost per sale direct mail is less expensive. Direct mail can drive visits to a website, encourage online purchasing and collect information from a prospect. For finding new customers and prospecting direct mail is simply much more effective.
